Insurance coverage varies by provider and purpose. Our massage therapist and psychiatric nurse practitioner are not INN network with any insurance plans and are strictly cash pay. It is the patient’s responsibility to know their coverage.
The patient is responsible for all copays, deductibles, or non-covered services on the date of service.

Don’t see your insurance?
We can issue a SuperBill upon request. A SuperBill is like a receipt that you can submit to your insurance requesting reimbursement for Mental Health services.
No Surprises Billing Act
